Cymbo – An Asian-inspired Golden Ale from Stroom Brouwers

Cymbo, a refreshing Asian Golden Ale by Stream Brewers in Ghent, is an elegant blonde with a surprising oriental touch. Brewed in collaboration with the popular Ghent dumpling bar Steamy Windows, this beer brings about a unique taste sensation. 

With an alcohol percentage of 6.4% ABV, Cymbo combines a mix of pale, pilsner and Munich malt, which gives it a light, tender body. The beer gets its character from Lemongrass and Mandarina Bavaria hops, resulting in a refreshing citrus and exotic fruit note. 

Cymbo is appreciated for its approachable bitterness (31 IBU) and aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, and is often described as a perfect starter or food pairing for light Asian dishes.
