Stale Bread is a remarkable craft beer from The Wild Brewers, a brewery from Merelbeke which places sustainable and circular production methods at the heart of their brewing philosophy. For this beer, the brewery uses surplus organic sourdough bread which are first toasted and crumbled to create a unique beer together with malt and other basic ingredients.
