Blond beer with an alcohol content of 5.5% Alc. Vol.
Ingredients: brewing water, malt, wheat, hops, yeast.

The 'sawman' was a metal man with a long saw that could be set in motion on the side of a table or counter.

This made it look as if the man was sawing through the table.

This was done when a regular was nagging too much and someone wanted to subtly make this clear to him.

The 'zageman' was also used to show that it was time to go home because the pub was closing and you could still drink as long as the zageman was moving. If he stopped, the regulars were not allowed to zag and had to go home.

Zageman beer was first bottled to celebrate the launch of the photo book 'Authentic Belgian Cafés' by Regula Ysewijn.
